“Well there is no, you know, Grand Wizard in the party right now who can really force the issue.” David Gregory of NBC News stated, when asked if Republicans would force Herman Cain out of the race due to the recent allegations of sexual harrassment.
Is Gregory saying that the GOP’s “Grand Wizard” chair is empty? Or is he suggesting that we look to the Democratic Party?
Update: Gregory apologized on Twitter this morning: “Wizard’ remark this morning was a very poor choice of words. Did not mean to make that connection at all….I apologize.” he said.
