Hillary Clinton stepped forward last night to take responsibility for the lack of security at the Benghazi embassy, but remember when “the buck stopped” with President Obama?

“For ultimately, the buck stops with me.  As President, I have a solemn responsibility to protect our nation and our people.  And when the system fails, it is my responsibility,” President Obama explained in a televised statement from the White House in 2010.
