SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) — The city of Santa Fe has unveiled two electric vehicle charging stations.

Officials announced Monday that the charging stations are located in the Railyard Parking Garage.

The stations are known as ‘Level One’ stations, which mean that small electric vehicles, like electric motorcycles, can be charged within three hours. Larger vehicles such as the Chevy Volt, Nissan Leaf or any Tesla cars can be topped off.

The city has plans to offer Level Two charging stations at its parking garages. Those stations will allow for faster charging.
