Lines at Caps practice

The Stanley Cup playoffs begin tomorrow night so the Caps are getting in one more practice here at Kettler Iceplex before facing the Rangers in a best-of-seven series.

Lines were the same as Monday’s practice: Ovechkin-Backstrom-Knuble; Sturm-Arnott-Semin; Laich-Johansson-Chimera; Hendricks-Gordon-Bradley. All defenseman on the ice again save for the injured Dennis Wideman (hematoma). Hershey recall Sean Collins is still skating with the team, too. The “scratches” were a line of D.J. King, Jay Beagle and Eric Fehr. Again, same as yesterday. Some special teams work going on right now as Caps try to continue with their improved power play.
