It’s always difficult to see a wholesome entertainer fall off the straight and narrow. Unfortunately, such hard times have hit America’s boy next door, Flavor Flav.
Flav was arrested in Las Vegas on Thursday on allegations of speeding, driving under the influence, having an open container of alcohol and possessing marijuana, according to the Associated Press.
The entertainer was also traveling with a suspended license and registration, according to a Nevada Highway Patrol spokesman.
The “Flavor of Love” star faced similar charges in New York early last year when he was arrested on the way to his mother’s funeral for speeding and driving with a suspended license.
In March 2014, Flav also pleaded guilty to threatening his girlfriend’s son with a kitchen knife. After he accepted counseling and probation, charges were reduced to misdemeanors.
According to jail records, Flav posted bail after his Las Vegas arrest Thursday.
