CNN’s chief climate correspondent, Bill Weir, reported on Wednesday that July’s heat wave has ocean water temperatures at record levels and cautioned that there is a looming “apocalyptic scenario” that may happen in the “big circulation system” in the Atlantic Ocean coming as early as 2025.
