Vigil set for 2-year-old who died in Va.

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — A candlelight vigil is planned in Richmond for a 2-year-old who died of blunt-force trauma to the abdomen.

The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports (http://bit.ly/1ugGqNG ) the vigil is planned to honor the life of O’ustin Spratley. The vigil is planned for 6 p.m. at the home of the child’s mother.
