Shea Carlberg is a web producer for the Washington Examiner. She began her editing career at the GW Hatchet, a student-led newspaper at the George Washington University, where she was a copy editor for four years. Most recently, she interned for Creative Investment Research, where she was an economic policy researcher and attended events concerning the Federal Reserve and AI developments relating to data centers and healthcare rates. She graduated from GWU with a degree in journalism and mass communication in May 2025.
