Hillary Clinton is confident the FBI is not going to recommend she be prosecuted for possibly mishandling classified information on the private email server she kept as secretary of state.

"That is not going to happen," Clinton told Fox News' Bret Baier during her first extended interview with the network in more than two years.

"There is no basis for it and I look forward to this wrapping up as soon as possible," she added.

The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee also told Baier she didn't recall signing a nondisclosure agreement outlining the criminal penalties for "any unauthorized disclosure" of sensitive or classified information when she was first appointed secretary of state.

"No, I do not," Clinton told Baier when asked if she remembered signing it.
