Harris gave a quiet residential neighborhood in Reading, Pennsylvania, a huge surprise Monday as she greeted people at two different houses in an attempt to go door knocking.

She greeted a couple and their son at their home’s doorstep. After the trio introduced themselves to Harris, she told the son, named Cole, that that was her son’s name as well. Harris told the family she “wanted to go door knocking.”

At another home several doors down, a couple greeted Harris with a woman saying she voted for Harris and that her husband would vote on Election Day. Harris left the neighborhood at 6:55 p.m.
