Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) brushed aside speculation that independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. dropping out of the race and endorsing former President Donald Trump would hurt Vice President Kamala Harris.

“No, I think it just perfects the formation of the Insane Clown Posse party,” Raskin told the Washington Examiner.

Kennedy is rumored to be dropping out of the race by the end of the week after his running mate, Nicole Shanahan, suggested he would join forces with Trump over Harris. The candidate announced he would address the nation live on Friday regarding the future of his campaign.
