Philadelphia judge allows Musk to continue awarding $1M giveaways

    A Philadelphia judge will allow Elon Musk to continue his million-dollar-a-day giveaway to voters who sign his swing-state petition through Tuesday’s presidential election.

    Common Pleas Court Judge Angelo Foglietta’s ruling comes after Musk’s lawyers said the winners are paid spokespeople and aren’t chosen randomly.

    Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krassner called the initiative a scam “designed to actually influence a national election” and wanted it shut down.
