Trump began his LaTrobe, Pennsylvania, rally by talking at length about the late golf legend Arnold Palmer, telling a meandering story about him for around 12 minutes at his rally. He praised Palmer for his manhood.

“Arnold Palmer was all man, and I say that in all due respect to women, and I love women, but this guy, this guy, this is a guy that was all man,” Trump said. “This man was strong and tough, and I refuse to say it, but when he took showers with the other pros, they came out of there, they said, ‘Oh my god, that’s unbelievable.’ I had to say it.”

As the crowd reacted to his insinuating remark, Trump said, “I had to tell you the shower part of it because it’s true. What can I tell you? We want to be honest.”

Trump also talked about how he misses golf, his favorite sport, which he has not been allowed to play since the Secret Service arrested a gunman near his Florida course last month.
