Scaramucci Wears Women’s Sunglasses

Speaking to reporters outside the White House on a sunny Tuesday, communications director Anthony Scaramucci threatened an executive branch purge.

“I’m going to fire everybody,” he said. “If they don’t stop leaking, I’m going to put them out on Pennsylvania Avenue.”

All the while, mirrored shades with tortoise-shell temples masked his eyes in Terminator-fashion.

We’ve tracked down those signature polarized aviators, and we have some good news for the ladies out there: You, too, can trigger your inner Mooch.

The Oakley Feedback shades—listed on the company’s website as Women’s “Active Sunglasses”—are $200, with free shipping and free returns.

Oakley touts the frames as “the first wire frame sunglass that is truly designed for the active woman,” designed with an “ultra-feminine classic teardrop shape.”

And reviewers of these nearly five-star sunnies are all praise.

“These glasses are classy,” writes one happy customer. “Light filtering glasses will turn heads.”

But before you score these shades, we ask you:

Have you ever wished you had the moxie to accuse your co-worker of committing a crime without reason?

Have you ever wanted to mind-meld with your boss so badly that you began mirroring his gesticulations and speech patterns?

If so, look no further. These glasses have got you covered.

Go ahead. Get the aviators. Unleash the Mooch.

THE WEEKLY STANDARD has reached out to Scaramucci for comment. We will update if he responds.
