It was a busy day at the White House, as Sean Spicer resigned after the White House named investment banker and GOP fundraiser Anthony Scaramucci the new communications director. Before he was a member of the administration, Scaramucci was a staunch defender of President Trump on Twitter and cable news, as Andrew Egger has noted here.
