Employees can submit questions prior to the meeting for the co-founder and CEO of Tesla, Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal said in an email to staffers Monday, as reported by the Wall Street Journal.

The meeting will be moderated by Twitter’s chief marketing officer, Leslie Berland.
Musk has been in talks with Twitter for months after the platform accepted a $44 billion bid to take over the company and take it private in April.
Musk has since put the bid on hold, saying last month that he cannot “move forward” until Agrawal proves the number of fake or spam accounts on the platform.

The company’s filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the number of fake or spam accounts on the platform, which says such accounts represent fewer than 5% of users since 2013, is a point that Musk has publicly disputed, as he believes it to be much higher.
Twitter said last Wednesday that the company would share internal data with Musk after a weekslong impasse between the two parties.
