A super PAC backed by wealthy technology executives in California’s Silicon Valley plans to spend more than $100 million on television advertising during the final days of the presidential campaign to help Democratic nominee Joe Biden.
The Democratic-aligned group, Future Forward, waited to hit the airwaves until October, believing it could have the biggest impact during the final month of the campaign. Strategists for the super PAC also believe they can do the most good for Biden by running mostly positive spots versus ads that sharply criticize Trump.
