Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin mocked herself and Democrats in a tweet about CIA leaks alleging Russia helped Donald Trump win the presidency.
“Russia’s getting out of hand? So says the defeated,” the 2008 vice presidential nominee wrote. “Not to worry… remember I can keep an eye on them from here.”

Palin was referencing a September 2008 interview with ABC News, in which she said “you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska.”
Days later on “Saturday Night Live,” Tina Fey mocked Palin.
“I can see Russia from my house,” Fey as Palin, quipped.
