WASHINGTON (AP) — D.C. police say a man has been charged in a fire in which his wife died.
Seventy-six-year-old Robert Proctor was arrested Tuesday and charged with arson.
Eighty-year-old Lucille Proctor was found dead after a fire in the Proctors’ row house on Feb. 13.
