CSG Partners is nearing completion of Patapsco Valley Office Campus, a four-building project in Hanover with about 135,000 square feet of commercial office space.
The office park, near the intersection of Routes 295 and 100, includes three two-story buildings and one single-story building.
“We designed and built Patapsco Valley Office Campus to appeal to a diverse audience of end-users that need a strategic location in the Baltimore-Washington corridor near their customers and within close proximity to four major metropolitan markets,” Alan Grabush, principal and director of marketing and acquisitions for CSG Partners, said in a statement.
No leases have been finalized yet at the office park. Colliers Pinkard has been selected to handle leasing and sales for the project. – Compiled by Andrew Cannarsa
