Charges against woman accused of prostituting relative dropped

Prosecutors have dropped two drug charges against a Westminster woman accused of having a girl who is a distant relative work as a prostitute in several states.

Deborah Gail Frock had charges of possession of marijuana and intent to distribute dropped Wednesday after her attorney met with prosecutors, according to court records.

Bradley Bauhof, Frock?s attorney, said she still was expected to face federal pandering charges.

Frock, 38, also has been charged with intimidating a juror and burglary.

Bauhof struck a deal with prosecutors on another drug possession with intent to distribute charge and a second-degree assault charge.

The deal requires Frock to serve 18 months in jail, four of which have been served, court records show.

State troopers raided Frock?s home last year after watching her for months because they believed she was dealing drugs and helping pay for her habit by arranging for the young relative to work as a prostitute, according to police reports.

Bauhof said whether Frock serves more time would depend largely on whether she?s convicted of pandering.

On one occasion, Frock allegedly arranged for the girl to have sex with a truck driver in return for $140 and crack cocaine, according to charging documents.
