‘They will show you no mercy’: Dan Bongino warns corporate America to stop ‘pandering to the radical left’

Conservative commentator Dan Bongino called on corporate America to stop “pandering” to liberals and to “stand up” and “do the right thing” in light of protests against racism that have spread across the country.

Bongino appeared to invoke the death of unarmed black man George Floyd, who died in police custody on Memorial Day, in his call to corporations to not yield to liberals in hopes of being spared the “rage brigades.”

“Large swaths of corporate America are pathetically pandering to the radical left, hoping for mercy when the rage brigades come for them. WAKE UP,” he tweeted Saturday. “They will show you no mercy. Ever.”

He added, “You can stand now or you’ll kneel later. Stand up. Do the right thing.”

Demonstrations have spread across the country following Floyd’s death. Many protests have been peaceful, with people calling for revised police practices and accountability, but some violent riots have also broken out in major cities, most notably in New York City.

Corporations have launched anti-racism campaigns in response to Floyd’s death, releasing tributes to the victims of police brutality and calling for an end to systemic racism within police departments.

Floyd was arrested for allegedly using a counterfeit $20 bill at a convenience store. Former Minneapolis officer Derek Chauvin was filmed holding his knee on Floyd’s neck for more than eight minutes as he begged to breathe.

Chauvin and three other officers involved in the arrest have been fired. Chauvin is facing a second-degree murder charge, and the three other officers, Thomas Lane, J. Alexander Kueng, and Tou Thao, have been charged with aiding and abetting murder.
