This summer’s fellowships include:
- The Hertog Political Studies Program offers exceptional students a unique learning experience focused on the serious study of politics in Washington, D.C. Students read fundamental texts in political thought with faculty from institutions throughout the country. They closely examine political leadership with prominent men and women who shape American public policy.
- The Hertog Economic Policy Studies Summer Program in Washington, D.C is an intensive two-week program run in conjunction with National Affairs magazine. The program aims to educate advanced undergraduate students about the intersection of theory and practice in our national politics, and particularly in our key economic debates.
- The Hertog War Studies Program is an intensive two-week program run by the Institute for the Study of War in Washington, D.C. The program aims to educate advanced undergraduate students about the theory, practice, organization, and control of war and military forces.
- Two week-long Advanced Institutes on public policy and American political thought. Study the strategic and moral lessons of America’s long involvement in Iraq with national security expert Vance Serchuk or explore the political thought of Abraham Lincoln with historian Allen Guelzo.
