BALTIMORE (AP) — A federal judge has lifted a stay on his ruling that a portion of Maryland’s gun permit law is unconstitutional.
U.S. District Judge Benson Legg’s decision late Monday means that in two weeks Maryland residents will be able to carry handguns without having to show a “good and substantial reason.”
