Actor and musician Will Smith danced the night away at the Vanity Fair Oscars After-Party Sunday night after striking comedian Chris Rock who poked fun at his wife Jada Pinkett Smith’s bald head as a result of alopecia.

Seemingly unaffected by the intense exchange, Will Smith told the Hollywood Reporter, “It’s been a beautiful night.”

The actor, who took home the Oscar for best actor for his portrayal of Richard Williams in King Richard, reportedly skipped the press area after the show, where he would have inevitably been asked about hitting Rock, opting to head straight to the party.

He danced along to his own songs, even singing at times. His wife, along with children Willow, Trey, and Jaden, accompanied him.

Following a tearful acceptance speech for winning ‘Best Actor’, the Oscar winner could be seen dancing and singing to “Gettin’ Jiggy With It” in a video shared on social media.

In another video, Smith also got down to “Miami.”

Smith attacked the comedian after one joke went a bit too far, at least for him. When Rock made a slightly distasteful joke about Pinkett Smith’s lack of hair, comparing her to “GI Jane,” Smith approached the stage, delivering a swift smack to Rock’s face.

Rock, clearly dazed by the incident, went on with the show. He later declined to file a police report.
