Frank Gore faces allegations of dragging a naked woman by her hair

Former NFL running back Frank Gore is reportedly facing charges of simple assault after police reported that he dragged a naked woman by her hair last month.

Atlantic City Police were called to the 59th floor of New Jersey’s Tropicana Casino’s Havana Tower on July 31, where Gore was staying at the time. Officers found the 39-year-old football player with a 28-year-old woman who showed no signs of injury. While they arrived just after 8 a.m. that day, police now report that Gore was violent toward her earlier that morning in recently obtained court documents.

Gore allegedly “forcibly” grabbed the woman by her hair before “violently dragging her nude person along the floor of the 59th hallway,” according to court documents. Police eventually charged Gore, and he is next due in court over the incident in October.
