Zelensky says he pressed Biden for more aid

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky shared on Friday that he spoke with President Joe Biden about additional support amid a continued full-scale invasion from Russian forces.

Zelensky said in a tweet that “strengthening sanctions, concrete defense assistance and an anti-war coalition have just been discussed with [Biden]” as the country attempts to fend off Russian invaders who first entered the country early Thursday morning local time.
