Wal-Mart adds Instagram co-founder to board

BENTONVILLE, Ark. (AP) — Wal-Mart Stores Inc. is adding Instagram co-founder and CEO Kevin Systrom to its board of directors.

The world’s largest retailer said Systrom, 30, will become the 15th member of the board and serve on its technology and e-commerce committee, as well as its compensation, nominating and governance committee.
