The following email is from Sonja DeVivo, the St. Louis woman whose then three-year-old daughter was removed from her ex-husband’s home because of abuse allegations. But instead of returning the little girl to her mother, who had done nothing wrong, local CPS officials subjected Sonja to months of stalling and harrassment before putting the little girl up for adoption.
