BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — A woman who fled with her daughter during a custody dispute has been indicted on new charges along with a Virginia businessman and a Mennonite missionary who prosecutors say helped her after she renounced being a lesbian.

Businessman Philip Zodhiates (zoh-dee-AH’-tihs) is accused of bringing Lisa Miller to Buffalo in 2009 and helping her cross the border into Canada. Missionary Timothy Miller has acknowledged helping her and daughter Isabella reach Nicaragua. Lisa Miller faces federal parental kidnapping and conspiracy charges.
