The Pence family cat has died months after making the big move to Washington, D.C.
“Rest in peace Oreo. You touched a lot of hearts in your little life. Our family will miss you very much,” second lady Karen Pence wrote Saturday on Twitter, including several photos of the black and white feline.

Vice President Mike Pence and his wife moved their animals to the nation’s capital in early January.

It’s the second animal the family has lost in the last year.
Shortly before the election, their beagle of 13 years passed away.
