A new Target store is set to open Sunday as part of the $500 million Annapolis Towne Center.
The 2 million-square-foot, mixed-use redevelopment of the former Parole Plaza Mall will create office and residential space alongside the Main Street-style outdoor mall, according to developer Greenberg Gibbons Commercial Corp. of Owings Mills.
Stores scheduled to open by Thanksgiving include Charm City Run and Smyth Jewelers. Restaurants include P.F. Chang’s China Bistro.
