Adam Schiff slammed for saying Trey Gowdy acted as ‘second attorney’ for Jared Kushner

A Republican member of the House Intelligence Committee angrily defended Rep. Trey Gowdy against accusations that Gowdy acted as an extra lawyer for Jared Kushner when he interviewed with the committee on Tuesday in the ongoing Russia probe.

“That’s horseshit,” Tom Rooney, a Republican from Florida, told The Hill.
