A grand jury has indicted a Virginia man on charges of killing a West Virginia woman and her 3-year-old son, then burning down their home.
The Martinsburg Journal reports that 34-year-old Antonio Prophet, whose last known address was in Lorton, was indicted on charges of first-degree murder and first-degree arson.
Prophet is accused of killing Angela Kay Devonshire, 22, and her son, Andre White, then setting their home in Berkeley County, near Bunker Hill, on fire on June 6, 2010. He was apprehended at a North Carolina homeless shelter after a massive manhunt.
