Two people were killed in an early-morning motorcycle crash on the inner loop of the Capital Beltway.
Maryland State Police said the crash happened at the River Road exit in Bethesda at about 3 a.m.
The exit ramp was closed while police investigated the crash, but has since been re-opened, police said.
The Associated Press reported that a man and woman were pronounced dead at the scene.
