D.C. cabs charging extra $15 during storm

D.C. cabs are charging an extra $15 to their normal fares for Hurricane Sandy service.

The District’s taxicab commission authorized the emergency fee Monday morning, to take effect from noon Monday through noon Tuesday, unless officials decide later to extend it.
