New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft led a march in Poland Tuesday alongside rapper Meek Mill to honor the victims and survivors of the Holocaust.
Kraft led the annual “March of the Living” as it walked through the Auschwitz-Birkenau complex, the largest and arguably most infamous Nazi concentration camp, according to a report.

The Patriots owner was there as part of the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism, a group begun by Kraft in 2019 to call out hatred against Jewish people.

The mission of the group is to “win the hearts and minds of non-Jews and Jews through powerful positive messaging and partnerships, motivating and equipping them to be defenders of and upstanders for Jews,” according to the group’s website.
Kraft lit the opening torch at the beginning of the march, the report noted.
Kraft was joined by award-winning rapper Meek Mill, whom Kraft advocated in relation to Mill’s 2018 release from prison after he was sentenced for violating his probation in decade-old convictions.
“Participating in the March of the Living with my friend Robert Kraft and witnessing the horrors and injustices that took place to the Jewish people only 80 years ago gave me important insight that more people need to be urgently aware of,” Mill said in a statement shared with the Washington Examiner.

“I look forward to bringing this awareness back to my own community so that we can make sure history does not repeat itself. I condemn all racism, so seeing this was a lifetime experience.”
Kraft has joined with artists such as Mill and Jay-Z to lobby for change to probation and parole laws, according to the report.
