NEW YORK (AP) — A historic New York City apartment building is up for sale for the first time in 67 years.
The Chatsworth, on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, is a distinctive Beaux Arts building on 72nd Street near Riverside Park. It has 139 apartment units, half of which are rent stabilized. One of its famous residents was Irving Berlin.
