“The DNC and Big Labor are typical monopolies,” said Christine A. Varney, head of the antitrust division at Justice. “The DNC controls at least two out three branches of government, and it recently raided a weaker competitor to steal a U.S. senator and thus to get a filibuster-proof monopoly.”
Gaining control of a market breaks no law. However, if a firm engages in conduct to exclude or harm competitors they can face antitrust action. The Justice Department plans to spotlight President Obama’s remark that “we won” when asked by Republican leaders why they were shut out from the legislation drafting process.
“The current recession gives dangerous incentive for large and dominating firms to engage in predatory behavior that harms citizens and weakens competition,” Varney said. “This collusion for market dominance by the DNC makes Google, Microsoft and even the old Standard Oil look like bit players.”
Varney noted that labor unions work hand-in-glove with the DNC to lock in the party’s control of government, in order to reinforce the union’s control of a number of major industries, including automobiles.
In addition, union locals pressure employers to force all workers to join the union, then they use union dues to fund election efforts for DNC candidates.
“We’ve just scratched the surface of the DNC-Union market dominance junta,” said Varney. “As we staff up the antitrust division, we’ll deploy FBI agents to look into the DNC’s links with Big Hollywood, Big Journalism and Big Learning as well.”
