President Trump took to Twitter on Sunday to mock critics of his administration’s attempts to renew diplomatic relations with North Korea in the hopes of denuclearizing the Korean peninsula.
“Funny how all of the Pundits that couldn’t come close to making a deal on North Korea are now all over the place telling me how to make a deal!” Trump tweeted.

Earlier Sunday, Trump criticized “Sleepy Eyes” Chuck Todd of “Fake News” NBC for suggesting the U.S. was receiving little in return from North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un as the two countries ensure negotiated preconditions for a proposed summit between Trump and Kim are met.
In particular, Todd was concerned by the White House’s failure to secure “a pledge of denuclearization as the ultimate goal” of the talks or any guarantees about the safety of American citizens imprisoned in the hermit kingdom.
On Friday, Kim announced he would halt nuclear and missile tests and shut down a nuclear test site as of April 21.
Trump is expected to sit down with Kim for the historic meeting in May or June.
