Former CIA Director Michael Hayden said he was laughing at President Trump after he walked back his comments about Russian election interference on Tuesday.
Trump faced a whirlwind of backlash from lawmakers and pundits on both sides of the aisle after he contradicted federal investigations and refused to acknowledge that Russian officers interfered with the 2016 U.S. presidential elections during a press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday.
