Trammel Crow Co., an international commercial real estate services company with offices in Baltimore, has completed the sale and settlement of all 10 units at 7602 Energy Parkway, the company announced in a written statement. The project marks the first industrial condominium building at Energy Park, Brandon Woods Business Park in northern Anne Arundel County.
The 35,655-square-foot, one-story brick and glass building was developed by Stone Energy LLC of Anne Arundel County.
A second condominium building, located at 7500 Energy Court, is slated for completion and occupancy in August.
“This is a great opportunity for business owners to own their own real estate,” said Bob Oare, SIOR, a senior vice president with Trammel Crow.
