Protesters urged Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., to reveal Thursday whether he would vote to confirm Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh as they approached him in an elevator on Thursday.

“How are you not listening to us as survivors?” one woman asked Manchin, who insisted he was listening to sexual assault survivors.
