“She kicked him out months ago because he wasn’t able to pull his weight in the relationship and she wanted to move on,” an insider told People magazine.
But that doesn’t mean there’s bad blood between the two.
“They’re very amicable in healthy ways because of their child,” the source said. “Her main concern is for the health and happiness of her daughter.” (That would be 2-year-old Nahla.)
As for that guy who was photographed holding the Oscar winner’s hand Friday night? The official word is that he’s not a rebound beau.
“They’re old friends,” the source said. “The photographers were chasing them, so he just instinctively grabbed her hand.”

Charlie: Solo?
Charlie Sheen’s marriage is definitely over, according to Radar Online, and the deal has been sealed with a financial agreement. Though he and ex-wife Brooke Mueller ostensibly attempted to patch things up after a Christmas domestic dispute, recent revelations of his infidelity were what finally ripped them apart, sources told the website.
The estranged couple reportedly have even hammered out a financial agreement, with Brooke getting a chunk of change that is “not a fortune,” a friend said. “It’s not everything she wanted. It’s not even close. But it’s enough.”
A-Rod Rivals
Kate Hudson isn’t exactly jealous of ex-beau Alex Rodriguez’s new girlfriend, Cameron Diaz. In fact, the “Bride Wars” actress thinks the “Shrek” star is a major downgrade.

As Johnny and a singer friend left a recording studio, they were approached by a man brandishing a broken bottle and demanding cash.
“It was an extremely scary moment. This guy looked off his head,” a source told the U.K.’s Sun. “Johnny looked him straight in the eyes and told him to back off.”
“The guy was OK” after that, the source said. “He looked at Johnny and said, ‘I ain’t stealing from Captain Jack’ and put the bottle down. Johnny gave him a few bucks and told him to straighten up his life.”
