An 18-year-old man is being held without bail and charged with murder after admitting to shooting and killing another man in a fit of road rage.
Jonathan Mejia of Illinois allegedly killed Scott Mattison, a 46-year-old father of two, after the pair got into an altercation on Sunday.
In footage of the incident, filmed by an anonymous source parked behind Mejia’s car, Mattison is seen standing outside the driver-side window. At one point, Mattison reached into the car before he was shot multiple times. The video captured Mejia’s license plate, allowing police to identify him.
