During the fourth quarter of the close game against the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium, a Chiefs fan ran onto the field and appeared to go for the game ball, but Diggs was having none of it.
The two-time Pro Bowler buried his shoulder into the fan and sent him rolling, according to footage of the incident posted to social media.

The fan was soon detained by security, who restrained him with a headlock and escorted him from the field.
The Bills scored on the next play.
It is not known if the fan, who was wearing a Travis Kelce jersey, faces any repercussions for his actions.
Diggs took out his in-game frustrations on the fan, said Tony Romo, a former quarterback and CBS analyst, to his commentary partner, Jim Nantz.
