Former President Donald Trump and former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly are planning a series of “live conversations” later this year in Texas and Florida, according to a press release on Monday.
The first event of the series, titled “The History Tour,” will be held on Dec. 11 at the Sunrise arena in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where Trump will reportedly “provide a never before heard inside view of his administration.” The event will continue for a second night in Florida on Dec. 12. Two more dates are planned for Houston and Dallas on Dec. 18-19, respectively, according to a press readout.
“I will be focusing on greatness for our Country, something seldom discussed in political dialogue. If we don’t make our Country great again, we will soon no longer have a Country! I look forward to working with Bill, who right now has the #1 bestselling book, to openly discuss the real problems of our Country, and how to solve them,” Trump said in a statement.

O’Reilly is a top-selling author who describes himself as “a historian/journalist” seeking to underscore the accomplishments of Trump’s administration and highlight its challenges “both good and bad,” the readout added. Formerly the host of The O’Reilly Factor on Fox News, O’Reilly was ousted from the network in 2017 following sexual harassment allegations.
O’Reilly said his job on the tour “is to get important things on the record in a fact-based way,” promising, “These conversations with the 45th President will not be boring,” the statement continued.

The former president’s joint tour announcement comes just days after he made a high-profile return to the political arena when he spoke at the North Carolina GOP convention, slamming President Joe Biden and teasing a 2024 run for the presidency.
Tickets for the series go on sale June 14.
