Donald Trump said Monday that Hillary Clinton’s plans to build a new green energy economy can never be implemented because the country is in too much debt to pay for the infrastructure improvements she wants.
Clinton said at the debate at Hofstra University in New York that if she wins the White House, she would create millions of new jobs by making “investments” in green energy.
