There is an alternative opening to “Marvel’s The Avengers” available for view on the upcoming BluRay/DVD release. It shows agent Maria Hill (played by “How I Met Your Mother’s Cobie Smulders) being debriefed after the events which take place in the movie. It’s a change of pace from how the movie actually opened — a full-fledged attack on the S.H.I.E.L.D headquarters. Watch the opening here. The BluRay/DVD will be released on Sept. 25.
