Four men were sentenced Thursday to a combined 37 years in prison for an armed bank robbery, federal prosecutors said.
Dominic Parker, 21, of Baltimore, was sentenced to eight years; Jarritt Simpson, 25, to eight years; Antonio Gill, 28, to 16 years; and Cornell Brown, 20, of Baltimore, to five years. Parker and Simpson also were sentenced for brandishing a gun during the bank robbery.
On June 19, Brown drove the other men to Chevy Chase Bank, on the 4600 block of Wilkens Avenue in Baltimore City, in a stolen car, according to court documents.
Simpson, Gill and Parker entered the bank and Simpson drew a firearm, informing the bank tellers that a robbery was taking place. Simpson, Gill and Parker obtained $9,114, and Brown drove the others away, prosecutors said.
